The 4-star Maldron Hotel Derry is located within Derry’s historic city walls, offering luxurious accommodations and easy access to the city’s theaters, restaurants and shops. The City of Derry Airport is 20 minutes’ drive away. Lough Foyle is a 15-minute drive away, and the Maldron Hotel is less than an hour from Giant’s Causeway, Antrim Coast and Donegal. Foyleside Shopping Center is a few minutes' walk from hotel.

Location excellent. Perfectly situated to access all the places of interest I wanted to see. Food okay...nothing to get excited about so I chose to eat elsewhere most of the time. Hotel very clean. Receptionists absolutely charming, delightful, very helpful and professional. An asset to the organisation as front of house, they make a very good impression.

The comfiest bed ever, spacious room. Spotless clean. Breakfast was good and great choice. Location amazing. We upgraded to the king room and had chocolates and water and bathrobes in our room which was a nice touch. We only stayed for one night but we’ll definitely be back. The staff on reception were lovely. We also ate in the lyric grill next door. The food here was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The crispy chicken loaded fries and the cocktails were really good!! Will definitely stay again!
