Was wonderful appt as a family of 5 was great place with clean rooms and nice facilities

Great location, clean, well furnished and well maintained.
Absolutely loved Robert & Reena who were filled with support, ideas and suggestions for our stay.
We arrived early, the staff let us store our luggage and change. When we arrived back to our room our luggage was in our room for us already. The concierge talked to us about the city of London and gave us great tips. They also arraigned a taxi for us to get to the airport.
The location was amazing, a few minutes to walk to Bond tube. Being able to walk to many restaurants and shops was so nice. Even though we were in a prime location and close to everything it was still a quiet street. Robert was a wonderful host and very helpful! The floor plan was spacious!!
