Clean, organised. Nice room, with good bathroom and shower. Great value. Nice breakfast facility. Good staff, with good communication.

The room was very comfortable and well equiped. No wardrobe but some hanging space for clothes and a good sized dressing table area for making tea / coffee. Good breakfast space for making toast and cereals.
Host was very helpful and welcoming. Room wea well appointed, clean and comfortable. We stayed on a very hot weekend and thankfully the room had a tower fan!
Very helpful with my query regarding parking a large van. Arrival instructions spot on - I arrived late. Everything was clean and everything you could possibly want for an overnight stay was provided, even a "help yourself" breakfast for those who leave early in the morning. More than met my expectations and will definitely stay again if in the area. Also quiet which suits me as I live in the country.
