I liked the quiet neighborhood and I liked the privacy. The ease of getting booked and set up entirely via email then being able to walk in and have my room right away was also very good.
There was no TV which was fantastic for me. Pure peace and quiet, avoiding the temptation of something I can watch anytime, anywhere and already do too much off.
The bathroom and toilet being separate was smart. Irrelevant for me since I traveled alone but for a family or couple, it was logistically sound.
