The staff are friendly and excellent, the lobby is very inviting . Location for business is very convenient.
In the first room the window didnt open, it did not have AC, and it was very hot. I requested a room with an opening window and I was upgraded with no fuss to a better room with air conditioning. All the staff were great
Friendly atmosphere & staff were all very pleasant. Especially Sam on reception who was gave us an amazing welcome. We asked her a couple of things and she was so helpful, knowledgeable & caring.
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable.

The man in charge of breakfast in the dining room was exceptional. Very attentive and so lovely and friendly.
