I asked for an extra chair in the room and one was produced at once.
The restaurant and food were the best I have ever encountered in comparable hotels.
Happy welcome even though I arrived late at night. Found I'd been upgraded to a room with a dressing gown and slippers etc. Perfect for after a tough long day. Happy welcome at breakfast. Tasty hot and cold buffet.

The staff were all great. Friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom looked like it had been recently refurbished and the shower was great.
Breakfast was fine - the natural yoghurt was particularly lovely, and there were plenty of options - rolls, pastries, cereals, fruit, cheese and ham and cooked food.
