Central
Staff were very attentive and polite
Needs updating
Hotel is central to everything, a 5 min walk takes you into town and to the river where there’s a beautiful park.
The room was perfect, We stayed in one of the named rooms, bed was very comfortable and room was quiet at night so had a great sleep
Room was clean though due to Covid restrictions septal didnot enter the room during our stay however we just asked at reception if we needed anything and it was provided
The hotel bar didn’t open until 3pm,and we tried to book for a meal on the Saturday night and was told the restaurant was closed which seemed strange. Think the dining facilities could be more flexible
Very quaint town centre location
