The location is fantastic! 20 minute walk from House of Blues/Fenway. Tons of things to do and places to eat nearby. Things were crazy at check in (through no fault of the staff), but once we were settled it was great. We had a two bed room. The beds were comfy and the pillows were AWESOME. We joked about smuggling a few when we left. They even brought us a fan to use for the room. (Both used to sleeping with white noise.) Parking was good, and less expensive than parking over by the major shopping areas (we paid $32 for 24 hours here versus $42 for 3 hours by the Prudential Center). I would definitely stay here again.
The bathroom was tiny, and the placing of the toilet was a bit odd- very close to the wall. Moving it over a few inches (into available space) would have made a world of difference.
Close to local events and had a shuttle to pick us up.
Being charged daily for parking on top of the room cost. Also no mini fridge in the room and the building appears pretty outdated and neglected. Lastly, very little complimentary items (soap, shampoo, conditioner) made it hard to take a good shower for two people sharing a room.
