The cottage is so clean, it has all that is needed for a stay over. I am a solo traveller and it's to big for me, for the price of two couples it is great value for money. I will be back when the time occurs.
House clean, new and tidy. Host very attentious!

The hosts were very helpful and came out to help us when the satnav took us round the corner from the cottage and we couldn’t find it.
They checked in with us the next day that everything was ok and we’re very approachable and informative about the area and how to get around . The cottage was immaculate
Great communication with the host Robert, last minute preparations for the additional room. Informative for amenities in the local area. Tea, coffee and some amazing biscuits also provided.
The cottage was just perfect it had everything we needed, and the finishing touches such as milk in the fridge, tea, and coffee were wonderful and relieved a lot of pressure after a busy journey.
The cleanliness was fabulous, and the bed was very comfy. Neighbours and area were very quiet, which was perfect for a good night's sleep.
The host Robert was amazing. He communicated well to make sure we were OK. His hospitality was very much appreciated.
The location of the cottage is perfect for getting to the Stadium of Light or the Aquatics Centre. It's just a 5 minute drive. We were able to come back in between races for a gala, meaning we could cook our own food and not have to carry it all with us.
We will definitely be booking again.
