The location was beautiful, breakfasts really good as was evening meal, I liked the ordering service.
Beautiful location, ignoring the noise of the A12! Complimentary upgrade very well received! Room was comfortable, spacious , nice decor. Stylish restaurant/bar with good value for money and attentive staff. Good breakfast included with lots of choice
Staff very welcoming lovely location and atmosphere. Room was clean and great to have air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and would definitely stay again
Lovely hotel. The location was great, easy to find just off of the A12 but near to Dedham village and the River Stour for a country walk.
Room was very comfortable and the air conditioning very efficient. Public areas very nice.
We found all the staff very pleasant and accommodating. We were especially pleased and would like to highlight the excellent service we received from a member of the bar staff (sorry didn’t get his name) for getting us nightcaps after the bar had closed and we had arrived back later than expected from a concert. He also showed genuine interest in our evening.
The staff were fist class , spa was excellent and restaurant was amazing
