All clean and staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely continental but loads to choose from ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay,will book again its our 3rd visit
Views from window had sea view and there's a toby carvery right across the road lovely beach too
Place was nice and the beds where large and comfortable.
Good size TV in all the bedrooms and lounge.
All excellent. Small issue with the batteries running out so we couldn't use the door code into the apartment but all sorted very promptly.
It was really keen and comfortable, very accessible to the Lytham Festival. Parking was so easy too, plenty of space available on the road.
Very spacious, well equipped comfortable and warm modern. Ample parking quite location central to all needs. Easy access and great communication with staff.
