Very useful directions and instructions for key collection etc. Friendly communication. Lovely clean apartment, spacious, warm and well presented. There was everything I needed for a short stay including tea, coffee and sugar...thank you! Excellent wifi, too! I appreciated the code entry and felt safe as a solo traveller. I would definitely book again.

The location is great. 5 mins from the Arena, 10/12 minutes from city centre or Symphony Hall. Nice walk along the canal to the ICC area or Sea life centre. Instructions and photos to help to find and access the apartment are excellent. The apartment is great for an overnight or few days in Birmingham. It is clean, warm and comfortable with all the facilities you need (including a washing machine if you need it). WiFi works well.
