New owners very nice excellent breakfast and choices if you don't want full breakfast nice calm place to stay clean
Derek and Kay are good hosts and run it very smoothly and very good selection for breakfast including full breakfast very quiet place and lovely location everything in walking distance.
I was very satisfied with my stay, the bed was comfortable & I had a good sleep. It was very quiet & peaceful. I stayed in the small single room at the back of the property, it was perfectly fine with en-suite shower. The room had a desk, kettle with tea & coffee & small cupboard. The breakfast was a big plate of English fry up which was very tasty & kept me going all day. The coffee was good & strong too. I could also park on the street overnight without any payment
Excellent service made you feel at ease good choice of breakfast very clean good choice to make a drink in your room and biscuits and toffees.
Excellent location for peasholme park and the beach short distance to the town center then a nice stroll back along the sea front good bars and local shops.
The breakfast was amazing freshly cooked with great choice. The location was close to the beach, town centre and the cricket ground. The owners Peter and Rhona were friendly and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable - I would highly recommend this Guest house and would stay again 10/10
