Small but very clean and well equipped room ..very comfortable...super friendly staff...great cooked breakfast... amazing location would definitely use again
This is a standard British hotel that serves a full English breakfast, cooked to order. Not luxury, nor the fanciest, but really good solid value. Very clean, comfortable, safe 24x7, and just around the corner for the British Museum (which mattered to me). Maybe not the first choice for people on unlimited expense accounts, but a very solid choice if you pay your own bills. We were in room 246, which is extraordinarily large.
We are still using this Hotel for many years as it is central for Theater visits, The room was clean and the breakfast gave you a good start to the day, They have always made arrangements to meet our requests when booking,
The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us, considering we attended multiple shows in the West End and were able to reach all of them by foot easily. There are plenty of places to ear nearby. The room was bigger than we expected and very clean. It almost felt like our own little apartment in the heart of London. I would definitely book here again.
