Great location for going to the beach, but also very good for a choice of places to eat (recommend The Ship and The Jolly Sailor) and visiting other towns in the area. Parking on the street was no problem and free of charge with no time constraints, which is always a bonus.. The owners, Karl & Glynn are lovely, friendly and very helpful if you have any questions about where to go/what to do in the area. The breakfasts were delicious with a good choice. Highly recommended.

Everything! As hosts Karl and Glynn were excellent, beautiful banana cakes in room on arrival, very knowledgeable about the area, Southwold was a great shout for a stop on way home. Room was spotlessly clean, location perfect for beautiful beach and nearby eating places. Breakfast was perfect. Overall excellent value for money. Thanks Karl for additional cakes and biscuits for journey home. Would love recipe for banana cakes! Tuck the dog was very cute and friendly
Super lovely hosts. We were greeted with some fresh baking (delish!!) and the room was great. Cooked and continental breakfast was included and again, just amazing! Great location just a very short walk to the beachfront and local shops. Highly recommend.
