did not have breakfast, was it included in the reservation? If so, maybe it would be good to make that clear in the online description otherwise hotel was incredibly clean convenient, and even though it was in the center of all the live music and bars the room was extremely quiet.

It's right next to a train station and surprisingly, the rooms were quiet. It was very easy to fall asleep in the room with comfy beds and great air conditioning. The folks down at the bar were very warm and welcoming. The ambiance of the whole ground floor is great. We needed a night to rest as we had driven all around southern/central England and the hotel itself is great for that. Don't even need to leave if you don't want to really. There is a car park nearby and the hotel will give you a discount code which is an under rated nicety.

I was very pleased with the care given to all the amenities in the room. The shower provided hot water quickly. Each item in the roomed was placed well, the lighting for reading in bed and working at the desk, the curtains tracked so that the room could be darkened easily. The room was well insulated so that I heard no sounds from rooms next door, above, or below. Even the spaces for hanging clothes were conveniently placed. The sensitivity to environmental concerns was clear, cups made of recycled and recyclable materials. The staff was helpful when I needed to arrange for my laundry to be done.

Breakfast was good! Convenient to public transportation. Clean and comfortable!
