Lovely home.
Location for Utilita arena was amazing. However - parking was difficult and not the price stated. Yes it's free 6pm - 8am but it's not £1 an hour outside of that. It's more.
Beds and sofa bed were comfy enough but I'd recommend bringing your own pillow.
Shower was nice! Everything was clean :)
The location is perfect, the apartment is light and airy, it was very clean , and has the added bonus of secure parking, the apartment block was quiet enabling a good nights sleep , would recommend for overnight stays in Birmingham city centre , which is a short walk along the canal to the town centre
