Very cosy with all amenities available. Excellent location.

Absolutely gorgeous place spotless clean everything was so nice and a great little place to explore so peaceful and great location walking distance to everything we used as a base to go johnsons farm and houghton mill we defo visit again

It’s very cute & cosy. I appreciated the tea/coffee, biscuits etc. especially when I had forgot to get myself something to nibble on before the shops shut. I was a bit worried about how I’d sleep with the car park next door but it wasn’t too bad. Having a seating area at the front of the property was very much needed when it was so hot, it gave me somewhere to cool down in the evening. I look forward to staying again soon!

The location was very convenient and next to shops which was very handy. The place was very cute and cozy.

The accommodation was small but comfortable, cozy and clean. I'd had several questions before arrival and6 had really prompt and helpful responses. Right in the middle of town and shops and walkable distance to the Bridge, which was a stunning oib/restaurant as well.as the river.
