This hotel is not really exceptional - it is functional,. But often when you stay in hotels, there are just a few things that let them down - a surly receptionist, difficult parking, something slightly shabby in the room, chamber maids hiding away the bath mat, long delays for a cooked breakfast. In this hotel, none of those niggles applied: they did what they were supposed to do flawlessly, and that's why we were so pleased with it. ,
Very clean . Had a great night's sleep, complimentary biscuits, nice hot shower and free use of swimming pool and gym if wanted too. Nice Aura about the hotel and staff and will certainly return again..
The excellent staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel. We would definitely return when we can.
On the morning of the 15th of April there was a really friendly lady on reception and a really friendly young lady at breakfast - 2 excellent staff members
