Breakfast was continental - basic but good. Friendly staff and enjoyed chatting with other customers over breakfast. The room was quite small but provided a comfortable bed and bathroom as advertised.
The location was beautiful, the on-site restaurant was excellent, and all the staff we met were uniformly friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent from start to finish.

The restaurant menu for evening meal was amazing, the Gurkha/Nepalese cuisine was excellent. The continental breakfast was plentiful and included in the room price. We would definitely return.
I researched the Inn before booking and was not disappointed. The staff were outstandingly efficient and welcoming. The room was very clean and although not large was comfortable. We chose to eat in the Nepalese restaurant downstairs and the food was really fresh and the menu exciting. I will look out for more Nepalese restaurants in preference to Indian. The food was delicious. Breakfast was simple but quite sufficient. Toast, cereal, yoghurt, fruit and hot drinks. The Inn is located just on the edge of Talgarth and the scenery around shows how much great walking there is to do in very quick time. Twmpa, Waun Fach and Black Mountain all rise above Talgarth and give an excellent entrance to the Bannau Brychcheiniog (Brecons Beacons) National Park. The whole stay was a delight and any future walks in the area will mean a stay at this Inn.
