Beautiful apartment, very clean with all mod cons. Coffee, tea bags and sugar aswell as washing up products/dettol wipes etc. were all available. Plenty of space for a family of 4.

Location perfect-sunset views from large bayview bedroom & lounge window, spacious & immaculately clean apartment.

toilet flushed and water came in both hot and cold varieties

Top floor apartment with great views and sunsets, Modern, bright, clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and settee - bunk room was a hit with the grandchildren - as was the large tv also in that room. Lovely touches with the tea coffee, milk and sugar sachets. Cleaning products under the sink and access to a hoover if needed. Oven and hob looked great though I didn't use it as I was on holiday so we ate out - Aldi and Asda near by. There's a park across the road and the beach just in front of that. Tram station a short stroll along the apartment and takes you to Blackpool in just under an hour (many stops) which was fun and not expensive. Lifeboat station was just up from the tram and next to that an ice cream shop/cafe, with a small arcade approx 100 yards further down. Parking on the road nearby.

Sea view ,great location just outside the beach.Not crowded like in Blackpool. Apartament it's perfect for family with 3-4 kids
