All the utilities available being able to wash my clothes was something I did think I needed until I did, and thankfully, it was available.
The facilities at the accommodation, the period furniture.
The location is very good. Excellent views of the beach and sea. Contact with owner was easy and effective. Accommodation fully equipped.
It is always such a pleasure staying at New Parade as it is so ideally situated but mostly because the flat is welcoming, warm, well equipped, bright and comfortable. The best part of it is how friendly our host Aaron is and how easy it is to communicate with him. We are grateful to him for responding so promptly about a small issue and helping us resolve it!
The flat is very comfortable with wonderful sea views without traffic. It is close to shops and restaurants, yet in a quiet and peaceful location.
