In the end, I was accommodated in a different apartment, but in the same district. This apartment was newer.
The train station was 3 minutes walk, Tesco express 5 minutes walk from this apartment. Cozy, new apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, clean. The owner, nice, helpful, contacted me via WhatsApp.
Great location with easy transport links close by as well as several nice restaurants and pub within a short walk. Very helpful host and good communication.
Very close to the train station, and shops. Owner is also very caring and attentive.
