Friendly hosts and close proximity to the beach.
Excellent breakfast
Location is right on sea front so great for walks along the beach. Sandra is a very friendly and welcoming host.
Sandra was an exceptional host. She gave us information on local restaurants, shopping and birding locations. We had delicious omelets and fruit for breakfast with some english tea. The bed was comfortable giving us the best nights sleep we had since coming to Europe.
Ray and Sandra were perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were extremely welcoming.
Fabulous location, excellent nights sleep in a spotless, airy bedroom with en suite facilities. Loads of choices for breakfast. I went for the full English, which was delicious.
Would highly recommend No 18 to anyone visiting this part of Suffolk.
Very pleasant experience. Sandra and Ray were excellent and very knowledgeable we had a fabulous stay.
