The room was very comfortable and quiet. The tea tray was very well-stocked. The breakfast was tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here a number of times, virtually in the shadow of the great castle. The wonderful leaded-glass windows overlooking the High Street I especially enjoy.
