Nice staff, good location and a clean hotel. Free room upgrade as well.
The Norfolk Towers is about a 10 minute walk from Paddington Station in a busy, pleasant neighborhood. Our room in an annex seemed very newly refurbished. It was a large suite with couch, king size bed and large bathroom with a tub and shower. We were allowed an early check in from the friendly staff. We did not have breakfast and the hotel restaurant was otherwise closed on Sunday and Monday, so we did not eat there. There is a nice Indian restaurant just down the street, but most of the many small restaurants in the vicinity are not very appealing like the many tourist shops selling junk.
Super location @ Paddington Station walking distance - direct underground line to Heathrow airport
Location first. A short walk from Paddington and easily accessible to everywhere.
Quite comfortable and very clean. A limited but good breakfast. Same every day but a nice start.
Breakfast was lovely, staff very helpful and friendly.
