The guy on reception was excellent, efficient and friendly. I saw him at check-in and in the morning at check-out. He was a key part of the high rating.
Our rooms were comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed having breakfast available each morning and that we could make a decision about dining at the hotel the evening before.
Nice hotel in a very good location and easy to find. Staff were very welcoming. Room was big clean and modern with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was great. Very central able to walk into town which was great.
Staff were so friendly as usual, helpful.
Excellent location. Well recommend Novotel Ipswich.
