Everything about it! The location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast.
Location fantastic, breakfast great, staff so helpful and friendly, reception and bar - really recommend. I dont usually bother doing these things, so make of that what you will, right beside chinatown and the most amazing restaurants possible - worth it for that alone. But again the staff were so helpful - nothing was to much trouble - a really well run place - they seem to have a great culture which much mean the management are have decent also.
Quiet room, decent size, clean, friendly staff, nice facilities like the bar/hang out area. Also, good location.
The location was perfect, amenities super and staff lovely. We enjoyed the steam room and sauna. We had a nice view to Chinatown. They held our bags without a problem on departure day until we left for the airport.
The room was a good size where we stayed , clean and well presented hotel.The bathroom was great with a lovely rainfall shower. There were plenty of tea and coffee facilities in the room, too. Good nice breakfast with good choice.The location is absolutely fantastic for everything in the city centre and close to the main train station. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.
