Stayed in a small single room and it came equipped with everything you could need. Everything was spotless. Great air-conditioning even in the small room. Staff were all really friendly. Evening meal and breakfast were great.

The room was lovely modern & clean, my daughter and I stayed in a twin room with air conditioning which was a plus.The staff were lovely especially Sara who ran breakfast service,she couldn't do enough for us,a real gem & Works hard to keep everyone happy,a real star ⭐ The breakfast was delicious I must add there is no scrimping on quality breakfast products,all coffees came with a little biscoff which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend for one or two nights’ stay - (and I only say that because our room didn’t have a drawer unit, but maybe others do?). Very central: just a stone’s throw from the Snow dome and great shopping at Ventura Park, and just a hop, skip and jump from Drayton Manor and Thomas Land. Cathy and staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, in particular Sara(h)? who went out her way to make our stay as easy and pleasant as possible - even when we decided to stay an extra night at very short notice. Great breakfast with lots to choose from, and the rest of the day’s menu offers excellent food at very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back.
