I have stayed in many hotels around Europe but found this one to be the most honest and friendly to be open about upgrading but found it brilliant and comfortable.5 Star service with Ballons and help getting to our party venue.
The property is beautiful, the staff are very friendly and helpful and offered a bigger room . Breakfast was very tasty. And we felt very comfortable throughout our stay
The staff were very helpful and very much appreciated they helped me up the front steps with my rollator and held doors open for me to go through
Reception was very polite and always at hand. Bed was comfortable and a good supply of coffee and tea in the room
