Perfect location, very cosy apartment with a sea view. It is a quiet area with beautiful coastal walks to explore the beaches north and south. It is 20-25 min walk to Newquay town centre if you want a buzz of seaside town, but if you take a walk south you can explore less busy but gorgeous beaches, cafes and restaurants. Fistral beach is right downstairs with best waves for surfing, and there are cafes and restaurants there as well. After exploring the area from Lusty Glaze Beach (where we took a jet ski safari tour) to Kelsey Head (where we took a swim in every little beach on the way) I am confident that the apartment location was the best choice to see various sides of Newquay coast.
The view and location are both great. It is very quiet. You can see Fistral from the patio doors. Good parking and a nice walk into town. Faye is a gracious and kind host. The kitchen is nicely stocked with pots and pans and spices if you want to make a meal, and Faye kindly left us some milk in the fridge.
