The apartments are spacious and I like having a washer. The technology wiring is top notch. Can plug all devices in without needing a converter! Great location. Super easy to take the Elizabeth line to Heathrow.

Perfect location. Very big apartment. Perfect location above the mall center. Easy to get to central london. Everything was very nice apart the staff that needs more training in welcoming people. The reception boy had a bossi attitude because I was on a late check in even in informed by message and i got assured that is not a prb. Very unprofessional attitude but I blame their age as being very young and lack of experience in guest satistaction.
