Lovely clean room ,comfy beds and spacious room ,polite staff ,breakfast simple but very tasty ,parking great as next to hotel

The location is excellent - a short walk from Paddington and another short walk to Kensington Gardens. Paddington is on the direct Elizabeth Line from Heathrow so it was really convenient.

Excellent location and value. This is a small room but it was what we needed. No fridge.

The location was good relative to access to the tube station /Paddington, Restaurants and general shopping area. I must note that the faculty was very clean and serviced daily. The harsh pungent detergents which are used by many London hotels seems not used here.

Location was great in-between Paddington and Edgware road tube stations. Three of us shared one room. It was clean and tidy. Had a hairdryer and the shower had a good water pressure (we were on the third floor). Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but they had all you needed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
