This venue exceeded my expectation, in room size and facilities everything was good and everything i needed was provided. staff were extremely helpful
The staff were amazing. Once they realised that the booking was for an older person they moved the booking to a room on the floor below so there weren't too many stairs to climb. My aunt got lost trying to find the door on the first night so she called the number given and received immediate help.
