It was an exceptional location close to the Bullring and New St. Station. The suite had everything we needed.
Apartment was a decent size and good range of facilities for our purposes, but could of been better
A good location near the main train station at New Street, just a 5 minute walk.
The location is super convenient to the Grand Central train station, malls and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless clean with "clean hygiene" tape sealed the toilet seat and a clean tv remote control, which gives the sense of professionalism. All the equipments and utensils are thoughtfully thought of to give to staff. Receptionist Katie was very warm and helpful.
I liked how spacious and clean the apartment was. It was very comfortable. I liked how compact the kitchen area was with everything you needed to make yourself a meal. The instructions you receive to enter the apartments after the hours of business are very clear. Although, I did have to call a member of staff, because I had forgotten to write them down and they were very helpful.
