The size of apartment was great. Erika, guest service was a shining light! We had a significant leak in the 1st apt on 2nd night and while that was unexpected and a mess Erika was helpful, offered what solutions were available middle of the night and sorted a new 2 bedroom apt the next morning. As the facility has no overnight staff we appreciated Erika coming in middle of the night.

The location from the train station and how close it is to Harbour side is amazing. The apartments were nice and quiet and very comfortable. I travelled alone so was the perfect size for myself.
