Beautiful accommodation, excellent location and very friendly staff.

The location is very central and easy to access. The lift in the building was not working and we were on the 5th floor, however they did inform us ahead of time to check we were OK with the stairs and gave us a bottle of wine as compensation on arrival.

Spacious apartment with good location and very near the train station and the staff are very helpful.

I've stayed at Premier Suites on previous visits to Newcastle so this was a repeat visit. The location is excellent, just five minutes walk from Central station. It's not a particularly quiet location due to the proximity of pubs and being in the city centre but we were in an apartment at the back of the building which is quieter than at the front. The apartments are always clean and well equipped and the reception staff are always super friendly.

Fabulous accommodation with super friendly/professional staff! They allowed us to leave our luggage and phoned me when the Suite was ready, Perfect. Great communication throughout. Suite delivered once again!
