A Grade II listed cottage built in the 15th century, Park Cottage offers superior, award-winning bed and breakfast and free parking in the heart of the historic town of Warwick. A full cooked English breakfast is served in a room which once acted as the dairy for the castle and still retains its original sandstone floor. Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout and rooms have a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms also have an private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Warwick’s quaint town center can be reached after a 5-minute walk and Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare's birthplace, is 20 minutes' drive from Park Cottage. Birmingham International Airport and the National Exhibition Center (NEC) are a 30-minute drive away.

A very charming home, and great hosts. It was a very pleasant, roomy, space and breakfast excellent as well. The hosts, Janet and Stewart, were very helpful and very pleasant. It was also a 10 min walk to Warwick Castle and downtown, so the location was excellent.

The property is right next door to Warwick Castle so ideal for attending an event at the castle. It is also only a short walk from the town centre. There is onsite parking available. Very friendly owners and a great breakfast

Janet and Stuart were so kind, and very helpful with suggestions about sites and restaurants in Warwick. My room, the Potting Shed, was beautifully appointed and the bed was so comfortable! I highly recommend this property!!
