Beautiful scenery, the lodge is thoroughly clean and well equipped, more than enough board games, PlayStation and games... Free access to the farm animals, the kids loved it. Trampoline outside the lodge and sitting area. We had a lovely three days spent in Colyton, despite the weather being miserable, there are so many things to do.
Lovely location and view, just wish we had more time to explore. Our fault for arriving too late and then not getting moving early enough in the morning! Had hoped to see the calves being fed and check out a bit of the farm life!
The caravan was very clean and as described, maybe a tad smaller in the bedrooms than expected, but we knew it would be cosy. Perfect for an overnighter and our host Kathryn was great to communicate with and very amenable. She had it all ready for us and had the heating on for our arrival too. Appreciated the couple of loads of washing she got done for us, despite the late hour when we discovered we didn’t have washing and drying facilities in the cabin.
A very cute little place that I would stay at again.

So many little extras made us feel so comfortable. Definitely a home from home.
Lovely homemade scones and clotted cream on arrival and Apple juice too. Lovely walks and lots of places to visit. All the comforts of home provided and lots of fun board games to play too. Very peaceful situation.
