Room was small but it was a single. Bathroom similar, a bit cramped, but shower was excellent. loads of hot water and great supersized towels. I had continental breakfast for two mornings and I was very impressed with the quantity, quality and variety available. All staff were very cheerful and helpful. The location, just off Queensway, with two underground stations and loads of eating and drinking establishments, was excellent.

The location is close to lots of places to eat, the tube, and Hyde Park. We had a basement room that looked up on the street. This was great since our room had no AC. It allowed plenty of light, privacy, and cooler temp. We also had two fans provided. The room was spacious, very clean, and the breakfast was good.

This hotel provides a wide range of breakfast items, including boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuces, fruits, cheeses, various breads, cereals, yogurt, juices, and very good coffee options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were as comfortable as possible, providing an extra fan and being as helpful as possible. The location of this hotel is one of its pluses: near 2 tube stations, Kensington Gardens, restaurants, a pharmacy, small groceries, and pound stores. A neighborhood garden sits in front of the hotel, adding a touch of nature. We stay in this hotel when we visit London because it offers good value and is well situated in the heart of London.

Perfect location, the hotel is very clean, the staff is nice and overall it was a great experience!
