Comfortable, clean, in the center of the city, customer service was excellent
Staff via email were clear and concise.
The apartment was clesn, roomy and had everything required for a short break in the city.
Good, practical apartment. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the Mint Drive development is (mixing historic and new buildings) as this wasn’t clear from the pictures when we booked. The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious. Very nice to have fans provided through the hot weather. Opening the windows also gave great airflow to keep the rooms at a comfortable temperature, but there is road noise so it was great to have the option to close the windows over night.
The location was really convenient for Jewellery Quarter station for trains and trams and for useful bus routes. We travelled to lots of venues for the Commonwealth Games and it turned out to be a brilliant base for that. It’s also a very short walk to the big 24hr supermarket, which was really handy.
The staff were also really helpful and responded quickly to messages.
