Lovely staff here, and the location is wonderful for walking along the sea. Beautiful gardens as you walk into the property and along the road. Breakfast is wonderful! We were very glad to be staying here with a tour rather than near the harbor side of the town. The walk along the sea just moments from this guest house is stunning. Beach lovely too, just about ten minutes walk. Simple rooms, nothing fancy. It's all about the location and kindness of the staff. Very cozy.

WE were given a HUGE room with double and single bed, balcony and partial sea view, also looking out on to the small garden. The property is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Falmouth and 2 minutes walk from the sea front. You can literally walk out and walk along by the sea. There is also free parking. The rooms are named after seabirds and once you check in and go down to breakfast your table will have the name of the bird on it. There is full English breakfast, along with cereal, fruits and so on. All is clean and comfortable.

I booked on the day and when I arrived was upgraded to a sea view double room which was lovely. Parking outside in the road was easy and free. The room was warm, the bed comfortable, great soft towels. Breakfast was included, a very nice dining room, good options, friendly service. It rained most of the time I was there but on good weather days what a wonderful spot to be in. I would go back.

Brilliant despite the storm outside. I'd have stayed another night but they were fully booked.
