The kitchen utensils were new, sheets and towels were all clean. The house was clean. Better than I expected.
Basic but clean and tidy with teabags provided. Clean bathroom. The apartmen is actually set back from the main road so pretty quiet considering you enter the building from the Old Kend Road.
I like the fact that the property is very neat, a good location that is central to most places within London. Staff - customer service was excellent.
