Belinda was exceptional. Let us check in early. Gave information on buses for the area. Made us feel really comfortable and at ease. Comfortable bed, clean accommodation, and communicated very well. We got glitter in the property during our stay, and she was very understanding about the situation. Cute bottle of milk in the fridge, it's the little things that make you smile. The price of our stay was such a good deal, especially with how good the property is with polite owners to boot. Come relax and take in the beauty of the area. The weather was fantastic for the pride weekend.
The host Belinda was amazing, very friendly and the cleanliness exceptional. Bonus of a bus stop quite near the accomodation which we found useful for travelling into Brighton and Eastbourne, both busy places to drive around and park in. Being disabled it has very easy access as it is all ground floor and the bed was so comfortable to ease my aches and pains
There was fresh milk in the fridge and the tea and coffee making facilities were good. we only stayed two nights so we did not need the freezer or the washing machine.

Location for overnight stay before getting the ferry to France. 15 mins walk (2 mins in car) to a good Indian restaurant. Lovely welcome from the host & explanation of facilities. Tea, coffee and small bottle of fresh milk in the fridge - a nice touch for the morning cuppa.
