Marco was great helping us to customize the lower bedroom for two adults upon check-in. Let him know before you check in on any particular arrangements you need and he is very helpful. Fantastic views from the room! Close to public transportation and within walking distance to the Thames River!

We had a wonderful 4-day stay in London with our family of five. Prospect House is an accommodation that meets every need, and Marco is a fantastic host. The view from the apartment is excellent. The flat is well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. The metro is within easy walking distance. It was our first time staying here, but definitely not the last.

The stay was very comfortable, All the basic needs were taken care of. Very clean place. The location was well accessible from bus stop and metro station, walkable distance. View was great - you could see multiple attractions from the windows Lastly, host was a great person. Was flexible with early check in and late check out. Provided us with all the details (supermarket, restaurants etc) for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend !!
