I arrived there at midnight and the staff members were very supportive. They attended the call when we needed help and support throughout the check in process. I am pleased with the service. In future I will definitely book it again if visiting London.

Comfortable bed, everything you need is there in the kitchenette, good storage space, happy about a space heater in the room which we used on the nights we felt cold. Communication was good. We were able to book and store our luggages close by before check in.

The room is located in a nice building very close to Hyde park and Queensway tube station. The cleanliness of both room and bathroom was great, the check-in experience flawless and the communication with the property was good. All in all, it is a great accommodation for a couple spending a few days in London and looking for a good value for money place to stay.

Lovely updated room with wonderful windows and natural light. The location was really great and the shared laundry was very conviennent. The cleaning service during my extended stay was much appreciated and a great added bonus!
