I had a lovely stay! Wonderful place, centrally located to all the sights and center of Salisbury. Ray was warm and welcoming and could not have been nicer. Great all around.
The accomodations were bright, well-appointed and cheery. Redhouse is an easy 10 minute walk to city centre and perhaps an additional 10 minute walk to the Cathedral ~ an exceptional work of architectural wonder.
It was a pleasure to return to our cozy home-away-from-home !
The room was booked under a stressful situation - broken-down on A303 and a 9hr wait for recovery! The owner, Ray, was very understanding as we kept moving our expected arrival time. He greeted us at 10pm with a warm welcome. I was expecting more of a hotel than a room (but probably my fault for not looking at all the info). That said the room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped, including fresh milk for coffee and a pub right opposite!
A convenient location close to restaurants and historic sights.
The room is very comfortable and located in a good location. The staff was very accommodating. Ray let me check in an hour early and was forgiving when I missed my check out time due to mismanaging my time.
