Garden View was an ideal location, 5 minutes walk from our daughter and family, and with son visiting from Canada allowed us to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday together. The spacious open plan layout for lounge/dining/kitchen and balcony was great for them all to drop in on us and 11yr old grandson was very excited that he could come on his own after school.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were well fitted out and the views over Redland Green and across the city were terrific.
Pizzaland next door, convenience store and bakers close and Waitrose and bus network nearby.
Great property with amazing views over the city. Very comfortable with a well accessorised kitchen.
Great location (even if not central) as close to the Downs. Parking. Quiet. Lovely views out the back. We could bring our dog and there was a park out the back for walks. Close to big supermarket.
Overall very good. Big, comfortable, clean, quiet and ideal for us (with a dog) as next to a big park. Also off road parking in front of the building.
