The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of hot food, and the evening meals were very good both in the choices available and the quality and quantity served. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We found it a good location to explore Wensleydale.
The location is stunning, a beautiful and quiet little village with a lovely walk up to Bolton castle. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious and the room was clean.
