Pictures are very accurate and the bed extremely comfy! Location was good for me but I had a car. The reservoir is very close for beautiful walks.
Simon was very attentive with a small issue I had.
Be patient with the tv and just gently adjust the aerial for each channel.
Provided everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

We had a lovely stay. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfy, and lovely seating area in garden. Was clean and tidy and Simon was lovely. We had no problems at all when we were there and really enjoyed our time in Birmingham.
